When you're craving chocolate, fast food, and a box of mac and cheese... how can you find satisfaction in a bowl of vegetables? You can't. This is real talk. What are some ways you have modified a favorite to make it a healthy alternative?

I think the initial transition into eating better is the hardest. You crave foods you've eaten recently as the tastes stay on your tongue longer than you think and trigger the cravings. People also believe it's cheaper to eat the unhealthy stuff because it is- if you don't plan ahead. Sometimes grabbing something easy can be more convenient, but not for your waist line. What are some of your ways to ease the transition?
