Newly Diagnosed and have no idea what you're doing? I'm here to help! Growing up with my own food allergies, this comes naturally to me- and with a little help, it will come naturally to you too! This program is a 1 hour meeting. For local clients, i will meet you in your home. For all other clients, this meeting is via video chat with handouts e-mailed or mailed to you in advance. I will teach you the basic in's and out's of safely managing your allergy to make life easy again! Bring any and all questions, and I will help ease your worries around food allergies!
