All the benefits of a full program but in mini form! Finding balance in your relationships, happiness in your career, or the drive to make better choices in the kitchen are just a few of the things we touch upon in this program. This program starts with a free health history to get a basis for who and where you are, and a way for me to get to know all about where you want to go! We will meet at the same time biweekly for 3 months for a total of 6 session. This program also includes handouts, recipes, and access to seminars I host! Please note, this program is $195 per month for 3 months.
