Break-Fast

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It's how you start you day. It's how you wake your body up, and energize your day.

Do you take a break, and enjoy it.

Prepare it, eat it, and take a minute to slow down before you start your day?

Or are you a Fast; Grab and go, eat in the car- trying not to hit another red light?

Me...

I'm a fast. Grab and go. I'm not always a morning person, so quick and convenient is my jam in the morning. Protein shakes, protein bars, yogurt pouches (chobani kids are my favorite!), bagels, waffle with peanut butter.

Eating healthy on the go when you're in a rush, it's not always easy to think healthy when your stomach is growling and your running 10 minutes late. It's all about the PLAN.

Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail.
